We are in the process of changing the login area for applicants. If you are an evaluator, pay special attention to which system you have been instructed to log in to.
You must choose between two logins:
Log in to My RCN web (old application system)
On My RCN web you will find applications, projects, assessment assignments, and more.
NB! do not use this login for SkatteFUNN.
Log in to My page (new application system) for applicants and evaluators

Everyone who has created an application or applied in a new application system log in here. The same applies to everyone who has received an invitation to register as an evaluator.
Remember the right contact information
It is important that the email and phone number you use when you log in are the same as those used in the application form if you have been added with a role there. They must be identical for you to access the application. If the email address is different from the email you received the invitation to, you can change this under My profile.

Problems logging in?
If you have problems logging in, you can watch this video. If you want to get text on the video, click on the small speech bubble that appears if you put the mouse cursor in the bottom right corner of the video. Here you can choose between subtitles in Norwegian or English.

Are you having trouble getting foreign users to log in and confirm their roles?
Unfortunately, we see that some foreign users are not notified that they have been added to applications and/or that they are unable to log in. It is important when you invite people that you are sure that the email and phone number are correct and that these will be the same email and phone number that foreign users want or can log on to My page with.
A common mistake is that phone numbers are entered with errors in the prefix in numbered. The country code must only be entered in the country code field. Phone numbers will never begin with "0", "00", "0(0)" or +. It is also important that no spaces are added.
If, for special reasons, it proves difficult to appoint an organisational representative for the partner and you are unable to submit the application because of this, the organisation representative for the Project Owner may temporarily assume the role of organisational representative for the partner.
In this case, we ask that you inform the partner about this and take care of the communication between you about this. If the application is approved, it is important that you as soon as possible get a correct organisational representative in place for the partner. Please contact us if the technical challenges still cannot be solved.
Two-step login has been introduced on My RCN web for Norwegian and foreign users
This means that you must log in with your email address, password AND a one-time code.
First login:
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your smartphone.
- Allow camera under Privacy > Camera > Authentication.
- Open one of the apps and scan the barcode by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of the app.
- Enter the one-time code.
The next time you log in to My RCN web
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
- Find the one-time code for the device in question (e.g. email address/username).
